Lady with the Hukka Pipe. The Opium Waterpipe was so popular and fashionable with the elite ladies of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, that it became the in thing to be photographed with a Hukka.
This painting is beautifully made on handmade vasali sheet using squirrel hair miniature brush. It is delicately embossed and decorated with 22 ct gold foil.
